1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Temno Modro d.o.o., Savska cesta 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (temnomodro.net, “we”, “us”), which operates the website poste.cc and the poste.cc connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (together, “poste.cc”). By using poste.cc you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the connector, the terms of the assistant you use it in apply as well.
2. The service
poste.cc shows Slovenian post offices with their opening hours, parcel lockers (paketomati) and street mailboxes. It is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with Pošta Slovenije. The data comes from Pošta Slovenije’s publicly available information and is provided for information only: it is refreshed periodically and can be outdated, incomplete or incorrect — opening hours, holiday closures and locations can change at short notice. Please check with Pošta Slovenije before relying on it where it matters; for official information see posta.si.
poste.cc is free to use. The website shows ads.
3. Fair use
You may use poste.cc for your own purposes. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, don’t interfere with its operation or ads, and don’t scrape the website or send automated high-volume requests to its pages, API or connector. To protect the service we may rate-limit or block traffic that abuses it.
4. Ownership
The poste.cc website, design and name belong to Temno Modro d.o.o. or its licensors. Postal data remains the property of its source. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use poste.cc, not ownership of any of it.
5. Provided as is
poste.cc is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, including that the data is accurate, complete or up to date and that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a trip to a closed post office or a missed deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
6. Changes
We may change poste.cc and these terms. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; if you keep using poste.cc after that, the new terms apply. We may discontinue features or the service.
7. Privacy
How poste.cc handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
